Check your distributer as well. Could be many things.

Yeah, did you check the distributer like I said? When I was doing a swap, I put in an old distributer that didn't have a grounded ignitor. It wouldn't go past 3000rpm or so. Put that little *** screw in to the ignitor (That I originally didn't think was needed, but found out it was a ground), and it worked.

Def. check your distributer. I had kinda the same problem and it turned out to be the TDC sensor, but good luck figuring out the problem.

Could it be possible to over port the intake ports and have to much air entering the engine, and the ecu not being able to compensent for that much air with fuel at lower rpms??? I think i read in Honda Tuner someone over ported his intake ports on his 3.2 tl and it would bogged down like hell at lower rpms. But that could be a load of crap, and thats why im asking for my own knowledge. Thanks guys!

When I mean check the distributer, I don't mean check the timing. Timing on the distributer can be off by a lot, but the car will still run and rev up fine (with some difficulty). It's when the timing is off a few teeth on the gears when serious problems may occur.

I mean, check the internals of the distributer. Check your igitor, check the cap/rotor. Make sure the ignitor is grounded. The little grounding screw on my Integra came out easily for some strange reason.
