Head damage?

Head damage?
During a recent bottom end swap my cylinder head (99 B16A) sat upside down for a period of time..since i reinstalled it it has been super noisy.Any ideas on what could be causing the noise?..im thinking somethign along the lines of the LMA's but don't know for sure...TIA

....just discovered the intake and exhaust oil orofices are switched up...i don't understand how the car ran that way for a year?
