Default Head damage?

During a recent bottom end swap my cylinder head (99 B16A) sat upside down for a period of time..since i reinstalled it it has been super noisy.Any ideas on what could be causing the noise?..im thinking somethign along the lines of the LMA's but don't know for sure...TIA

Did you do a valve adjustment upon reinstallation? Never hurts to go back through and check valve lash
