Default Having problems with my engine... help please......

hi how are you guys doing? i have couple of questions.. first i just rebuilt my engine with honed out block, crank bearings, and piston rings. when i down-shift and listen to my engine i hear very light ticking noise it goes away when RPM decreases... i dont know if its piston rings gone bad already or just fuel injectors...? im lil worried.... i put about 350miles on my engine and kept the RPM under 5K.. also one more thing engine seems to bog a lil when its at low RPM GSR bottom B16 head and B16 pistons... and running on B16 ECU... i dont know details... this is my first HONDA.. so i dont know the letters that comes after B16... sorry... should i get a different ECU..? what should i do.. thank you so much for reading this and hope i will get some solutions to my problems... have a great day~

could be your timing belt rubbing on the cover.. Seen this problem many times before, could also be a loose bolt or washer on the crank pully or a loose heat shield ec. Let me know how you make out or any further questions

I was thinking timing belt too. Is the ticking coming from inside the block or just something rubbing against something else?

Its not coming from outside of a motor... i cant really hear it when its idling... i can hear it clearly when i down shift and bring down the RPM slowly... shh shh shhh shhh shhhh... not exactly a ticking noise... rod bearings are new can it be the problem...? thanks again.

I mentioned rod bearings because you omitted them in your post. I should have known you replaced them as well.
