Default Hard to get into reverse

I have a 99 gsr stock with 122k. Over last few days its been kinda hard to get into 1st or rev. Last night it was really hard to get into reverse and just as hard to get it out. Checked the linkage and looked good. Did trans fluid 3 weeks ago and was just dirty. Could my clutch maybe do this. Its almost like the clutch wont let it disengage all the way. The clutch fluid is dirty and I am flushing it when my neighbor is off work

i'd go for wear on the reverse mechanism mines doing the same thing i saw it when it was torn apart last to check the diff but i didn't put a new piece in it and i regret it now but trans is going to have to come back out soon for 3rd and 4th gear sets very soon anyways so i'll replace it then.

mine does the same thing. when i took it apart reverse gear had shiny rounded teeth which it souldnt but i put it back in cause it reverse.
ur sycros might need to be changed.
i just put it back in neutral when it does it let the clutch out then try again. it usually works.
sounds ghetto but money is tight and it works.
most hondas have manual trany issues. my kids mom has a hybrid civic with a manual trans. had to be replaced @ 90,000. sux

its not the clutch at this point. its the syncros. my 98 teg does the same thing.
just push the clutch in and out till it goes in so you dont ruin the gears like my reverse, all rounded and shinny, but it reverse, dont care as long as the teeth are there.

My 94 needs syncros so I know what thats like. I cleaned out the clutch master cause it looked like black syrup and now it works fine. I noticed the shifter feels numb compared to my car and mine has factory shifter and bushings. If i put the energy bushing in will it make it feel better?
