Hey, I have a 92 civic hatch CX with a 94 D16Z6 in it. The problem I have is that the little wire from the Vtec silinoid to the little green thing is missing. The wire from the silinoid (the prong) is there but the nubs of the green thing are broken off the the wire from it is missing does anyone know what it is called they swaped it from a GSR to get more pull. HELP I want Vtec!!!!!!!!!!1 >

 

just replace the pressure switch with a new one.. and a D16Z6 does not come from a GSR.. a GSR coems with a B18C1 dual over head cam..Yours is out of a 92-95 civic Not sure who you're buying from......

 

no I just went to honda today and got a Vtec gasket and a vtec oring and they where both different from the d16z6 the guy who swaped it rewired a GSR part ther so they where way to small. so its called a pressure switch? I can get one from any 92-94 vtech right?
