what exactly revs does a jdm or usdm gsr gorven out at. i heard 8200rpm and 8700rpm?????????

can't say I know much about "gorven"ing.

I've heard the rev-limiter is at 8200 rpms thougn.

yea.. 8200 for the rev limiter. governor is usually associated with speed.. i'd like to know that actually. what is the speed governor w/a JDM p72 ecu??

I'm pretty sure this isn't even a governor set for MPH on tegs.
USDM that i know anyways.

180 KPH unless you remove it
