yep, it's an IT-R lip. It's a bit beat up though. I scrape going up my driveway... :0

i'm also in the market as well....would love to get my hands on a set of tein ss or ha's but I just dont have that kind of money! keep on replying peoples...want to see more feedback on ride qualities, best bang for the buck, pros and cons of whatever you have!

Yep, the front is on the lowest setting while keeping preload, and the rears arent even at the lowest perch setting. In fact, when i installed the rears on the lowest setting (while keeping preload), the tires were tucking a lot. Here's a shot:
