Does anyone know how much what? How much they cost to replace? or get pressed out? I don't get your question.

How much the bolts are to replace in parts terms. Just looking for a price on the bolts themselves, no labor.

Shouldn't be more than a couple of bucks. At acuraautomotiveparts.org, their pic is down for rear lower control arm but I think the bolts cost around 3.50 a piece at the dealer. I did my suspension install this week and luckily my bolts weren't frozen. And this was for a 94. Looks like someone had put some antiseize on them before thank god.

Try some rust penetrant and a breaker bar. Hmmm, I think I will try and start an impact wrench movement here on h-t...it doesn't cost that much and is darn worth it.

you'll be spending a lot of money if the heads on the bolts bust off. i learned the hard way... you're either gonna have to get a shop to put in new bushings in the LCAs or get new LCAs all together.

Yeah, try some penetrant and let it soak for a while.

Once you get air tools, you never go back !
My air wrench took off the dreaded crankshaft pully bolt in about .25 seconds once I took the socket extension off.

THe heads broke off of mine. The bushings are like 28 bucks each and the bolts are like 7 I think. You'll need a shop to press them out unless you wanna do it the ghetto way like I did. Get a blow torch, and get it icy hot like some of the stunna around here. Then pound it out with a hammer.

Well, the bolt snapped on both mine. One we drilled out. It took 6 hours. The other one, I think i'm just going to give up on salvaging the old control arms and just buy new ones. I got a hook up on drilling them out but they said that it would normally cost like 200 dollars. Thats like the cost of some ssr control arms. Thats crazy.

I've snapped plenty of them... When you put the new ones back in use anti-seeze and TQ to SPEC and you will never have the problem again.
