ERROR 41?

ERROR 41?
I recently got a errorr code 41 from jdm sir b18c, and my car is smoking as hell plus when throttling i smell all the unburnt gas. Mods are CAI, Headers, Clutch.... You guys have any idea what my problem, an would this affect my performance, i did 15.5 with my integra @ the track with the above mods and i kno i can do better. I not running any form of managment or anything, can you please help me?
