GS-R for under 2k... dont think so unless its stolen or needs some work. No major website will be selling a GS-R for that cheap. As for shipping.... Expect to pay at least 200 for shipping. If you get it for free its because they jacked up the price of the motor to make up for it. Nothing is free.

Save the hassle, pay the money, do it right the first time and you will be thank full in the end.

You don't have a choice when your buying a used engine, you buy what you can get pretty much. You can buy one used from a private seller but buyer beware ( big time ) .

Thats an h22 engine, will it fit, sure anything will fit with the right amount of work. You should really do some research first.

Recommend you doing research, buy the gsr, start with the basics and go from there. Work on the intake, exhaust and go from there.

Your not getting a GSR engine for under 2k without it being stolen or something wrong with it. I suggest you save and do some research before you look into this again because you seem to want an engine with 130k miles or something like that. How are you supposed to know how many miles is even on the engine? People will bullshit you so expect the worse b/c most of the time its never as good as it sounds.

For $2000.00 you can build a good LS motor withjust as much if not more
hp and torque than a GSR and you have a fresh motor. Look on this site
at some of the LS builds. My son dynoed at 163 hp and 130 lbs torque with
the original TB and a poor header. Good luck!

I said without something being wrong with it, just because it starts up doesnt mean its a winner.

hmotorsonline has a really good rep. i've only heard good things about them. password's shipping sucks, but their customer service is good. the only way you're going to find a gsr for that cheap is like what everyone is saying. stolen or needs works. or you might just find a deal locally, check craigslist.

I put my name on the line every time I order an engine from hmotors, we trust them 100% . We have not received a bad motor yet, all of them have great compression and fire right up.

the reason i want a gsr, and not just upgrade my ls... is because in the long run i want my car with over 200hp i dont wanna do stuff to my engine now then in two years have to take everything off to put on my gsr (or type r depends on how much money i have at time)
