Default engine compression question

If an engine tests 245ish across the board that means that its pretty stout correct? But what if the tests range from 210-225psi?? Im looking into getting a gsr and i want to turbo it, but if the engine isnt ready for it then i need to get a rebuild on it. Please help me out. Thanks!

If the numbers are all pretty close across the board then I think you're pretty safe. If the numbers are all close together but low, then you either did the test wrong, or the engine has suffered a complete and total catastrophic loss of compression and probably would run very horribly, if at all. 210 isn't bad, and if it seems to be running okay then most likely it's fine.
