I am still a newb on H-T...trying to talk and make posts so i can not be, some one talk to me so it will happen. I have a 92 GSR with a 96 B18c1 with type R cams
DC 4-1 header, blox intake manifold, Traction bar,strut bar, H &R springs, 14 inch steelies. What should my next step be, i was thinking hondata or maybe Turbo, help me with some opinions

Whoa whoa buddy. How is the body of your car? What do you use it for? Maybe you would like some more seuspension pieces like tie bars and bigger sway bars?

 

A tune would definatly be a good idea, but on the exterior side, how about some nice rims or a nice suspension setup?

 

yeah i would like to but i dont have alot of money, do you have any suggestions on good brands that are not to expensive? I am getting LS Mesh wheels tomarrow, and i put skunk two cams in it today.

 

Delifield ehh i live like 45 min away you should come rock it in LM. Id say we could cruze but i got hit head on and now no more da tegg . Anyways id get some more supporting mods on for thoes cams then id take it in for a retune.

Hey don't knock rich kid It pays to have them as friends cause when they don't want parts anymore they give them away and that where i come in

Just log on everyday for about a month then you'll become a member. About your car i would go with some shocks like KYB's or Tokico's etc, bigger sway bars and then turbo.

You have a GS-R. With steelies? Original wheels get jacked? What happened to the B17A from the car? Those type R cams would have been better in the B17 head, it flows better than the B18C1 head.

 

i'd stay n/a if i were you but get some koni yellows and a ITR rear sway bar

 

its my buddies car, he bought the car with a b18c1 and steelies, we just put my skunk 2 stage 2 cams in but its a little sketch since he doesnt have dual valve springs or a tune lol, looks baller with the meshies tho, guess it would pay to have rich friends in ur case if ur getting the parts! jdizzle nice input, it was a lot of help...

 

get rid of tho's pizza cuters and get some rims.Not just for the look but also for you to get that power to the ground

 

Well in the end it is really going to come down to what do YOU want to do to/with your car. It seems that you have a pretty nice set-up performance wise. I would maybe concentrate on either some wheels/tires or some bodywork/paint(depending on what kind of condition your car is in). Or if you listen to music alot in your car(like me) then get yourself some nice speakers, audio stuff. Its really all up to you and how much you can afford.

The DA in my other thread isnt my car, its my roomates, he was using my account to post up pics of his ride. And o yea thats not a ricer exhaust its a Tanabe complete cat back :D Lol im just messin with ya man. First , you need to stop telling us what you got and start SHOWING us foo.. we need pics..... :D
if i were you, i wouldnt go turbo. All your going to do is put added wear on the motor, and just imagine what will happen if a cop opens ur hood... all that money for nothing. lol. Youve got a nice running GSR with an agressive cam profile, just leave it be. Id put on some KYB AGX or Tokico blues at the least to complement your HR spring rates. And then throw on some stock wheels like some LS mesh or fat fives. Look into some tuning shops that can tune your setup for you. you might be able to get about +20 whp min with a good tune
