HOW DO INSTALL A NEW ONE ...
AND WHICH WIREHARNSS HAS THE PLUGS FOR THE HEAD LIGHJTS AND
BUMPER LIGHTS...
AND IS THERE ANY SO-CAL MEMBERS.

if its in the engine bay .. you will have 2 harness, one is the harness for all the components under the hood, the other is the Engine harness... if it was in a fire.. i suggest you go to a junk yard and see if you can find a donor car to pull the complete harness for you to use, or

do both the wire harness run into the fuse box under the steering wheel area??
wish the previsious owner of the car didnt leave it all messy crazy wires and exposed spekers ends ... effff,,,
all in all its a good project ... shes gonna be a beast.......

But you risk it coming loose or breaking, if you do it that way make sure you welds are solid and you secure it hard to they wont come loose
NO, you have a motor harness, an interior harness, and the main harness, You can Also go to a salvage yard and try and find an integra and cut the harness from where yours is cut, and resolder all the wires by matching the colors up.

i would suggest cutting the harness when it can simply be unplug'ed then plug'ed back in with no effort other than routing the wires were the need to go. like everyone else has said you have 3 harnesses. one for your motor, one for you lights, and the other is your interior harness.
you can go stock or go to rywire and pick up a harness from them..... but you will still need to get the light harness
