Ecu problems
How can you tell if a Ecu is shot?
Putting car back together and i'm pretty sure that ecu is not getting any power...
car will not start nor will afc go on

Borrow an ECU from a friend. Plug it in, and see if it works.
or
Plug the ECU in to someone elses car.

ditto.....truely the only way to tell........also, you can pop off the cover of the ecu..do a visual inspection to see if anything is burnt/fried,etc..but testing it on a buddy's car would be ideal

ok
1) I check all fuses last night they were all fine
2) I also checked ECU in friends car and worked fine
Question is my srs is disconected but the is a plug from the fuse box that goes to the steering wheel...
is there anything that i'm not finding

i had a 95 integra but that was totaled so i switched everything to another 95 shell.
basically everything was swithed over.. deleted my srs and cruise control.
i checked volatage and power goes all the way passed the relay box but somewhere from the plug to the ECU theres a problem
