i got jacked for my ecu and they cut all kinds of wires and i was wondering if i could drive my car without the ecu to a shop so that they can fix it?? if so what are the side effects?......any input would be appreciated.

 

how would the engine know anything without an ecu?

You need the ECU bud.

I've driven a few cars for years without an ECU. They were carburated...
