Ok there is a little jumper thing between the + and the - symbol at C60...the ECU was supposed to come with a base map for a B16b, is there a way to see if the chip is vtec enabled? OR is that somehting you need a romulator for? I guess i will wait to hear back from phearable.

**Update**
Looks like it has to do with me not having a vtec pressure switch. So i need to jusmp a couple of wires in the harness and will be all set.
Phearable has the best customer service. John Vega is very knowledgable...i told him the symptoms of my problem andhe guessed right away. then pointed me t his website where he has direction for jumping the vtec pressure switch.
