Hi I have a 95 teg, b18b I did a rebuild this past winter, and put in crower stage 2 cams. other mods i have is cai, im, fule rail, regulator, header, and Hondata s200. started the car up about 2 weeks ago. had some idleing issues up around 1000-1500 but otherwise seemed to run good. so I tryed to ajust the idle I unpluged the IAC and rpms are supposed to drop, but they did not, engine started to buck. so I pluged it back in then shut the car off. Now im getting an error code for the ecu. The car stills starts, but after about 3 seconds the error comes on and the engine just starts bucking again. Also if I just turn the key to ON, after about 3 seconds I hear a clicking go throught the engine bay and the CEL comes on. Iv checked fuses and can't find any blown. Iv search this site and others and can't seem to find anything helpfull. Anybody have any ideas that could help me out?

It sounds like your IACV could be sticking. You need to pull the check engine light codes to locate the problem.
