Default ebrake problems after new calipers

ok so i put on new calipers ( ep3 upgrade)
and now one of my caliper will lock up when i pull the ebrake, but the other one wont
( i havent driven it yet, just testing)
what im looking for is if there is a way to adjust one side of the cable tension, without adjusting the other side

here are some pics to show what i mean:

those should be self adjustable keep pulling the handle up to see what happens, check if you hooked the cable back up to the caliper.

1) Screw both the pistons on both calipers all the way in. Now they are both at the same position.
2) Press the brake pedal a few times to move the piston to the brake rotor.
3) Pull up on the hand brake a few times now the parking brake should be adjusted properly.
