Default Door switch/alarm problems

I am currently having problems with my alarm going off for no reason and sometimes not letting me disarm it. I am pretty sure it is the door switch, i searched and there wasnt much info on the subject. Has anyone had this problem, any reccomendations?
Thanks

Is your battery low on the car...sometimes if the battery is low it will turn off mess up things..check the battery to the remote, that might be low too for not letting you disengage it.

Who installed the alarm? Bad door switches will not cause the alarm to not respond to the remote. They will cause intermittent issues with the alarm going off. Honda/Acura switches are known for going bad.

I am having that problem too. A reputable local shop installed them.

check your door triggers...they could be corroded or getting old and not keeping the trigger anymore. mine on my DA have done that. I need to replace them.
