I am just trying to find out the differences between the 1995 integra and the 1998 integra because noticed the bumpers were different and was curious if anything else was different

 

They have a different front bumper, corner indicators, and headlights. To do a conversion you would need all three of those, but other than that, the hood, fenders, etc. are all the same.

non gsr have 22mm front sway bar
wheels: fat 5, Snowflakes, LS web
98-01
24mm front sway for all model (even usdm type r lol!), leather steering wheel
wheels: LS meshes, GSR blades
