Default differences in LS cams?

I heard that the cams are different on the 90-91 integra, the 92-93 integra, and the 94 and up LS. Supposably that's the reason why 92-93 tegs have 10 H.P. more than 90-91s. Is this true? I am running an LS-turbo setup, and I was thinking of switching to 94-up cams..........any help would be appreciated

p.s. I searched and found nothing useful

actually, the difference between the 90-91 and 92-93 was the intake manifold from what my cuzin said. his dad is a mechanic at honda and he has owned a 90 and 93 so he should be a good reference. the cams might be slightly different but i dont think you'll feel much. personally you'll need aftermarket cams to get real power out of them stock is still stock no matter what you get.....

the cams do make a difference somewhat when runing all motor but i dont think which boost you will benefit. however it is supposed to be almost 10 hp gain when you put 96 ls cams in a crv motor.

The 94-up cams are slightly more aggressive. The compression is higher too, that also makes up for the extra hp.

so do you think that it's worth it to put newer LS cams, or should I just buy turbo cams? I've heard negative things about turbo cams, and thats why I just wanted to get newer cams for the 10 H.P. difference (I already have a 94 manifold)....

yeap try to fit those on an LS and post a how to pic by pic.

only 90-91 are different than those from 92-on

but the only difference you will notice when you get your
aftermarket turbo application cams.
