How can i make my stock 91 ls rev higher?

Have you perhaps tried searching and maybe looking in the Integra FAQ stickied thread in here?

 

Build and LSVTEC and don't upgrade any of the hardware. It'll rev to 10 grand all day :p

 

If you just want it to rev higher,Get
double valve springs all around.
Ti retainers.
Ecu chipped to have limiter raised.

But if you want to make more power aswell you will need
As said above
Cams,
Port and polish.
Better intake/manifold
Better exhaust/manifold

And if you want it to be reliable you will need to also do some work to the bottom end.
Would work out cheaper just getting a b18c swap in the long run.

 

just remove the limiter with chip ecu and rev all day. But dont forget to post pics when it breaks
