10HP is 10HP you should feel a gain. If this is the only reason you are swaping motors then you are going the hard way to gain 10HP.
The compression ratio only really comes into pla when you are looking at building the motor, or if you are going FI. If yo are sticking with NA with the normal I/H/E then the stock honda CR will be just fine.

i did a search on here that the jdm tranny is exactly like the USDM tranny except some of the JDM ones have LSD in it. other then that, same gear ratios. so explain your reasoning
