Default CRVtec

I've got a B20B in my car that skipped timing so bad yesterday that it bent the $hit out of its valves, and I'm just going to use a B16A head to replace it. So I've got questions-

1)Where can I run the knock sensor plug-in, and if I don't run it, what will happen?
2)Is it better to use a sandwich adapter or tap the press. sensor for the oil feed?
3)Can I use the OBD1 distributor to my B18B?
4)Anybody got any heads-up tips or hints?

I just dropped that F-ing motor into my car 2 weekends ago, so I'm not new to this, I've just never done a LS/vtec conversion, and this is the place to ask questions, so here I am. I know about the c-speed racing "how-to" guide, but that left a lot of questions, so anybody thats done one and feels like helping me out....I'M ALL EARS!

That write-up is WAY better than the c-speed racing one. Thanks.
