Default I got a few ls/vtec questions

1. The drilling into the dow pins. What size of bit is needed to get the holes big enough?
2. The oil line. I was reading on the buildup at cspeed racing and the line that they have is running through some kind of regulator or something like that. Is this need or is it some kind of upgrade?
3. Is the knock sensor needed or is that just a safety feature?
4.If I am putting a b16a1 head on a b18a1 block what head bolts do I need to use?
Sorry If you guys have touched on these topics before but I could not seem to find them with the search option.

17mm drill bit
just get the golden eagle vtec conversion kit and a stainless line
i would recommend putting the knock sensor in, it's not needed but do it. also depends on what ecu your planning to run.
use gsr headbolts
