Crower or Eagle???

Default Crower or Eagle???

Is it nesassary to spend $300 extra on crower, or will the Eagle's hold up just the same under lots a boost?

i think the crower rods are "slightly" stronger...........probably not much more stonger enough to justify the extra 300 bucks..........as long as you assembly the bottom end correctly the eagle rods can hold ALOT of power......

I just got a reply from preludeparts.com and they said that they don't recommend eagle rods. It's just what I've heard. If your going to boost the hell out of your engine I'd get the crowers.

eagle rods are pretty strong.
how many pounds are you going to boost?
my friend has about 18lbs of boost without any problems
he smoked the hell out of a grand national on the highway

eagles are stronger and better made.. crowers are lighter. Crower rods arent very good.. i do not recommend them.

Yea, that's why all the big dogs use Crower, cuz they break.
