Default Constant check engine light

i've tried to reset the ecu but nothing works, disconnecting battery, unplugging ecu, and pulling 7.5 amp fuse and my check engine light will not go away

Well if you get a CEL it means something is wrong and merely resetting doesn't do you any good. Here is a link to how to read you CEL and see what code you are throwing up.

Ok, did you try replacing the o2 sensor, then resetting the ECU?

1 Long blink should be 10. 1 short blink is 1. LONG flashes determine the TENS digit by the number of times it flashes, and SHORT flashes determine the ONES digit by the number of times it flashes.

IAT sensor doesnt blink unless youve bottomed out have you been going really fast and you hit bottom really hard that is the only way the check engine sign would be on.
