OK Im going to do this in a hour or so and i have the compression test tool. What I need to know is how exactly you do it and what the stock numbers should be per cylinder with roughly 40,000 miles. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
o i was gonna tell ya how to do it - take out all plug wires ( MAKE SURE engine is warmed up before turning off ) please search for this next time too - its been covered for sure - put tester in one cylinder - clutch in, gas full throttle - start it - let it crank a few times, only takes a few seconds, not even, the other person should be looking at the tester shows

Partially correct, except his injectors and fuel pump will be flooding his motor and making a mess.
Warm up the car to normal operating temp, pull out the FI relay that is to the left of your fuses. You will probably have to remove the 10mm bolt that is holding it in because it is impossible to get it out the way that it is mounted. Once that is out remove your plugs and put the guage in one of your spark plug holes. Push the gas pedal all the way in, clutch all the way in and start cranking the motor. When you or your friend see's the PSI stop climbing then you're done. Repeat on other 3 cylinders and record results.
