Default compression test

Ok so I tested my engine a while back and each cylinder checked out at 240 across the board
by the way my engine is a b20v stock block and head. 10.2.1 cr
and just recently I tested it again and came out with 240,190,220,190
I wanted to first know whats the usual readings for the engine?
could it be that I had higher readings before due to carbon build up and now it settled down?
I dont think its my rings or seals because my car does not smoke at all.

was the engine warm(hot) last time and held at WOT along with the same amount of "cranks" per cyl as last time. believe me the amount of times it's allowed to crank makes a BIG diff. my set up pushed 245,243 etc hot and cold 12:5:1 85x89mm.

The engine was warm and I did 5 cranks at WOT.

I heard that if you have a difference of over 28psi (around 30ish) between any 2 cylinders, it's a sign that you could have a problem.

My compression (cold) was 190 215 190 205. And I'm blowing a bit of white smoke... just replaced my head gasket and it still smokes

I wouldn't worry about that^ it's cold out and you'll see it more those compression numbers aren't bad in term of older engines. OP wet test time or leakdown if you have the tools for it.

Ok if it passes the wet test its definitely not the rings and my car does not smoke at all even on high rpms.
I was thinking it might be carbon build up on the valve seats. So I wanted to seafoam the combustion chamber.

don't you mean the piston dome lol ? the seats are barley able get any build up on them, trust me I deal with B,K series and other Honda engines daily. the valves them selves get build up, too here's the thing carbon build up actually would INCREASE the C/R ! and the effects on a test also. Pull the head spray it down with BPC and a small toothbrush or hot tank it which ever is easier for you. I've heard/seen lots more bad experiences with seafoam then good but it's up to you.

Seafoam is what started the whole mess for me... (and an MMO soak)

I guess there was so much gunk damming everything in that I opened up a river of coolant by breaching it.
