Default Compression Ratio

i have 94 gs-r w/ je pistons, eagle h-beam rods, stock sleeves, pretty much a brand new bottom end, on the head 3 angle valve job, new valves, lifters, everything is rebuilt with 10.4-1 to 10.6-1 compression ratio (within the two) would this be too high to boost? around 7-8 psi? if tuned w/ hondata and a diffrent fuel pump?

find someone who can tune it..and i dont see why you wouldnt be able to...

some will say its too high, but youll just be making more power on less boost....

but i dont think it is safe to just boost and go...contact someone who can tune and talk w/ them about it..

i dont think many ppl on H-T have actual experience w/ higher compression and boost...almost everyone here will say "thats way too high..lower is better"

check the FI forum too...
