I need to rewire a dizzy. If I have distributor A which is OBD1 VTEC 94-96 integra GSR and if I have distributor B from a diff. company would the wires all match up. I figure yes, but am not sure so I'm looking for a conformation. I basically need to rewire the obd1 to obd2 conversion but the last person that had it done did a hack job at it. So now I wanted to trace back the wires to the distributor and do the whole thing myself; so are the wire pinouts the same regardless of brand?

 

i wouldn't think that brand name differences should matter when it comes to fitment or performance. if it says its for your car, then its for your car.
