Default cold start

so the weather here in Canada is getting really cold already, and my car struggles to start up in the a.m. i was told that my car was getting cold starts due to the battery. but my question is how can i determine if its the battery?
please help!

get your battery tested...batteries last 3-5 years

What part of Canada you in? I am in B.C. in the Interior and I having the same problem when I start my car on a cold morning. I wouldn't say it struggles but there is definitely a noticeable longer time for it to kick over....example if it took 1 second to kick over it is now taking 2 seconds but then it runs fine!

im from ontario, but yeah, sounds like the same problem bro
after the motor is warm n hot, it starts up fine . i hope its the battery because thats just a minor problem

Then no worries man, I took mine to Acura just to make sure, no problem at all.

i dont think its ur battery its the weather if your motor gets really cold close to frezzing point and is outside its gonna be hard to satrt or not start thats why when its super cold keep car in garage cuz it gets below 0 u will never start it lol
