code 65, need help

a friend just triggered code 65 on the way to work. i don't have a manual in front of me. anyone know what code 65 is?

any help is appreciated.

Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater. Open or short in Secondary 02 Heater circuit.

he is going to start to have low voltage problems tell him to go under the dash and check his fuses, check the vehical speed sensore fuse it might be popped

How is his O2 sensor going to cause low voltage?

that secondary o2 sensor is all linked into the altenator and the battery, i had the same problem 2 weeks ago and a guy at honda said that i should check my fuse under the dash and i should check it and the fuse was popped. if the speedo works then dont worry about it
