Default code 20; elecronic load detector

I started my car up this afternoon, and all the sudden the check engine light came on 5 seconds later. I drove home, and checked the codes. Two long blinks...four second pause...7 short blinks...four second pause...repeats. So I'm guessing that means codes 7, and 20, since there are no code 27's. Code 7 is TPS, and code 20 is ELD. Does anyone know how I'd fix code 20?? Or even if there is actually a sensor to replace?? I know I need a TPS. Does anyone know if replacing the tps would clear both codes??
