Default Code 16 will not clear anymore

I now have code 16 on my 1999 GSR with a Hondata S300 in a P72 ECU with IAB. Code 16 is injectors NG. All 4 have the correct resistance. Checked the wiring harness. All OK.
Changed Spark plug wires, they are 12 years old. Thought one might be bad and arching out.
Now the back story. This didn't happen all at once. It came on gradually. The car went from 100% ok to now in about two weeks time. Each day it would get worse and worse but would clear up when I hit the gas. Now the car idles like a Subaru.
No other codes or problems.
I'm looking for any more ideas.
Anyone else have trouble like this?

Do you have an extra set of injectors to test and see if one failed?

Sounds like a subaru? Car isn't getting fuel. Make sure all your injectors are opening. If you have another ecu I would try that as well. Injector drivers might have taken a **** in the ecu.

Identify which cylinder is dead by pulling the spark plug wires one at a time. The engine should stumble while doing this. When you get to the cylinder that doesnt make the engine stumble. THATS YOUR MISFIRING cylinder. Or if afraid of being shocked, pull injector clips instead.

So lets say cylinder #4 is dead. Swap injector # 4 and put it in #1. And put #4 in cylinder 1.

Start it and see if #4 is still misfiring.

No extras. Running ID725’s, only two years old. Checked out ok . 11.9~12.1 ohms.

Engine is moderately modified, PnP Head, ITR Cams, Custom GSR Dual Runner Intake Manifold, Block ITR Pistons. Stock Fuel Pump and Stock Fuel pressure.

Mouab, long time. Thanks.
My tuner said his fuel pump died at 100,000 miles in his GSR. I’m at 140,000 miles and 14 years old. Thinking it might be time for new fuel pump. The ECU is a P72 with an S300. My tuner should be able to help me here if I need to do a swap.

All the injectors and wiring ohm’d out ok. The spark plugs all look exactly the same. Which now leads me to believe fuel system more strongly. Time for a new full pump.

Everyone thanks so far. Any more insight would be greatly appreciated.

Full Pump changed. Still having the trouble. Crap.
Starting to think it might be the main relay. This problem came on over time not all at once. Changed the main relay in my Del Sol many many years ago. Can't remember the exact troubles.
Anyone have advice?
