Default Code 15, No spark... Tried!! Help!

I've done the normal thing when a CEL 15 pops up...

Replaced the ignition coil, same problem. It turns over for about 3 seconds then the CEL pops up which is Ignition Input Signal.

I bought a BRAND new coil, no luck. Tried another known working coil off a working car, no luck.. I check all my wiring, the main relay clicks twice as normal, i hear fuel pump, all that. No spark!!

Happened randomly. Parked my car at night, woke up to go somewhere in the morning and its giving me this problem. Ive searched for simular problems and came up with nothing!!!

Fuse is good also under the hood (IGN)

ANYONE!!!!!!!????!!!!!

Code 15 is the ignitor?

Check and see if there is voltage on the yellow/black wire at the distributor.

Are you sure you replaced the ICM with a known working unit? Double check the connections on the ICM.

I bought a BRAND new ICM.

I dont have a volt meter so i cant check to see if it has any power to the dist.

And if there isnt any power on the yellow/blk wire, what would be the fix for that?

Two wires in the ecu harness? If so and you don't mind.. what colors were they?

Glad to hear you got it fixed

honestly im not sure.

I found it and fixed then cranked it and worked. Didnt pay attention to the color of the wires.

But i THINK it was a yellow wire and red one.

Ok guy's I had the code 15, Tried new Coil had the Igniter ran thru 14 passes and passed
at 2 different Parts store 2 diff machines, Checked all volt and OHMS test, Found my Dizzy had a broken blade on one side of the drive unit, Just knew I had found the Problem,
Not!!! Keep in Mind this is a A/M Dizzy that worked for 4 months after I bought the Car.
Previous owner raplaced every thing and finally found out the orig problem was the main relay, I purchased a Borg warner Lifetime Coil At Oriellys or what ever,
I change out the Fuel Pump with a Known Good OEM Honda unit Gave to me by a coworker, he went Excell pump Upgrade, OK Sorry short of it all A known good Dizzy
Base and My new BW coil, rotor button shield and Oem cap fixed mine,\
Symptoms, Mine would run until OP tempature and when I tried to drive it it would set cel 15 and would start and die over and over,
I checked the wires and the ecm! nothing.
Sumary, If you know you have fuel pressure and good wires good Igniter and good Coil
and it ran good and suddenly went Bahaa, start run and stall, Just get a dizzy, I bought 2
the first 1 was a single plug d15b7 and mine was a dual plug harness, finall got one
from a honest Craigslist Dude, My Oem Cap, Borg Warner new coil and wires, over 1 tank
since @ 43 mpg hwy, city or ac running 36-37 mpg
My Civic is Stock to the core, My Goal HIt OPeckers where it hurts, in there pocket.
Cheers and good Luck, Larry,
PS: one of the under base sensors in the A/M Junk Dizzy was my headache!!!
