When i turn my key to the on position when the fuel pump kicks on and all... my ignition coil is sending out quick bursts of spark. then a few seconds later...the sparks stop. Then when i turn the motor over to start it, there is no spark at all?? Did anyone have an issue like this or knows what might be wrong?? I'm getting code 15 on the cel which is ignition system. thanks

 

check the connectors under the hood, that was my fix for this code. From memory it was one close to the fuse box.

 

What 94vtirozguy said, also check all ur grounds, especially thermostat ground, make sure they are all nice and tight, make sure ur ignition wires are wired up correctly, not corroded or grounding out, and tight at the connectors and not falling out.
