First off, i have a 1992 Integra DA. The other day when I was driving my second gear was not shifting correctly. Seemed like i had to use some force. So i shifted, lifted up on the clutch and it feel to the floor. So i pulled over, pulled the clutch up and it seemed fine to me.
Now when i shift into second its smooth but when i lift up the clutch my car shakes. While all my other gears shift fine

Anyone know what this could be?

Does ur clutch feel soft or spongy? Check the fluid level make sure u got plenty in there.

 

checked the fluids. it feels very soft and when i let up on it. it seems higher than normal

 

slave or master cylinder perhaps.you might have broke your throw bearing. was it making any kind of noises at all before this? particularly when you stepped on clutch?

 

i have a situation like that, where i lose pressure and the clutch is low and not as stiff, my mechanic told me my mast cylinder is gone, can i rebuild it useing the rebuild kit ? or do you sugest to buy a new one ?
