Default Clutch problems

What's the problem if it feels like the clutch gets lose after 7k rpm? Like when I would be in 1st gear not moving and hold the clutch in and rev it pass 7k the car would jerk like the clutch engages and sometimes when I would rev the car to 8k and shift slowly the clutch won't disengage. Also when I just hold the clutch in and rev up to 8k the clutch would feel funny, there would be like a vibration of some sort. This is for a cable tranny on a b series motor.

The car moves. It feels like as if the cable gets loose or something.

Check your cable and your pressure plate, they might be going bad.
