i members of hondatect. i have a 94 integra RS and the other day i redlined my car up to 7 then it felt like my car got stuck for a moment there then i stopped gassing it. i tryed shifting to gear 2 it was hard to get it into gear so i forced it into gear(alot of force) and parked it at the side turned off my engine then tried moving the gear and its was like nothings wrong with them but when i start up the car it wont go into gear 2,3,4,or 5 with out force or sometimes with force it won't even go at all
can anyone help?

i also took it so a honda specialist he told me it was my pressure plate that i have broken
but i want you guys to answers too if anyone came across this problem too

 

How many miles? If the pedal and hydraulic system are OK then the pressure plate would be accurate diagnosis, I have come across this problem

Has the clutch ever been replaced?

 

i bought it off a old white guy his daughter drives it so i dont think they ever replaced it

 

its most likely the pressure plate, maybe one of the springs inside of it is broken, just get your clutch done. Once you open it up you'll see whats wrong, better off replacing it anyways
