2000 Integra LS 4 door.
Stock motor, b16 tranny with hydro to cable conversion.

problem: I got the car a few days ago, and the clutch pedal feel was ok, loose to say the least. well, i get up this morning and i try to put it in reverse and it feels like the clutch isnt engaging. So i searched and found several ways to adjust, but i am unsure about the how to adust the pedal on a hydro to cable convo.

well, a few friends later and some bad news, i figured out its my master clutch cylinder. crap. is there any good writeups on how to change these things? ballpark figure on how much they cost?

dunno man. bought the car that way, and personally dont know why its such a big deal. up for a little help though.

i feel like im flogging a dead horse, but you could have searched that homie. thanks for all the great help, but it was my clutch master cylinder. Problem fixed.

 

so even if it is a cable tranny it was a clutch master cylinder?
