I just got a 98 gsr and my cigarette lighter outlet doesnt work. I checked the fuse and its fine. Even replaced it to double check. I took the ashtray section out of the center dash to check all wiring connections. Everything is plugged in. I did notice however that there are no bulbs in the ashtray part or lighter part but i dont believe this would stop it from working. I know i need to check the plug coming from the dash for power, which wires should be what? Theres 4 of them in the plug. Where do i go after this? Thank you

Yes there is a fuse right behind the cig lighter you need to pull that center piece to get to it. I believe it's 15 amp fuse inside the white tube.

 

The fuse you are talking about, is that on all year integras or only certain years? I read it was all years and also read it was 94-97.

 

Not sure this is it. Any other ideas?
