my integra has a cel on and i wanted to check it but the clip to plug in and check the cel is gone and also the wires next to the ecu to check it also is gone can any help to find out another way to check what codes am i getting?

 

If the wires are "gone" then figure out where they were cut at and splice some back in.

 

why is the wire missing to begin with. if so find a print out of the ecu and install a new wire. can find the print out from one of these sits on honda tech.
