CEL Code 22 B18b non-vtec?
Ive tried searching and im not finding what i need, any help is greatly appreciated.
2000 Integra GS (USDM) Stock B18b (non-vtec) w/ Injen short ram intake. No other engine/exhaust mods to my knowledge.
Basically, im not showing a CEL because the guy who sold me the car most likely took out the bulb. However, I took the car to emissions and they pulled CEL Code 22, which should only be for vtec motors. Why is this appearing on my non-vtec? How can I fix it?
Things that are weird and/or that Ive heard could lead to the cause include:
-Power distribution for headlights and radio are spotty (very briefly dimming at times)
-Indiglo dash gauges rarely work if at all (Installed by previous owner)
-Viper Security Alarm (Installed by previous owner--I read this may have something to do with a non-vtec code 22, but dont know how to disconnect alarm)

No, I figured that had been untouched but I will check when I get home form work. Assuming the right computer is installed...where do I go from there?
So, yeah
Engine B18B1
ECU: P72-A03
Im supposed to be using a P75 ECU, right?
Basically, I need to get a hold of a P75, reset the ecu (remove negative battery cable) and hope for the best? Let me know if there's anything im missing!
And any additional advice would be awesome... I dont have much time. I have to go back to emissions next week
Thanks to everyone that responded or cared to look.
