Ive had a vafc installed for while, but ive never adjusted the fuel trims. Until now becuase I put some 450 injectors in. I throw the code P1106 which is:

Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor circuit intermittent high voltage

Now...I have my settings set for -25 across the board, I have a gsr. This code isn't thrown all the time. I cant seem to pin point it, it happens randomly...usally about twice a day the code will be thrown...

Have you swapped in a new MAP sensor? Maybe the old sensor is bad?

 

I adjusted the fuel trims and roughtly 1 hour later the code showed up...If it is the map sensor its a pretty big coincidence.
