Default CEL 93 Insufficient Purge ?????

Hey i asked about this a while back and was told ot just do the ecu reset trick, but now its back on tossin the same code 92 or 93. My book says the evap sensor is reading an insufficient purge flow or sumthing of that nature. Why is this happening and why is it killing my gas milage?

If your car is completely stock, check for a rip or crack in the vacuum hose that runs from the black canister on the passenger side of the firewall to the throttle body. That canister the the carbon filter for the purging of the gas fumes in the return gas line. HTH
