Default car takes a while to start, help?

Here is the deal, 94 Ls with AEM CAI, AEM fuel rail, AEM FPR(set to 45psi), DC header and exhaust, MSD ignition and coil. When I go to start my car(hot or cold, doesnt seem to matter) it turns over for way longer than it used to then it starts. It used to start almost right away, now it takes like 3 or 4 seconds. Everything is pretty up to date maintenance wise(plugs, cap, rotor, fuel filter, oil, etc) except for my O2 sensor. No other problems like lugging or using lots of fuel or anything. Could it just be the volume of the fuel rail taking a while to fill up, as soon as the car shuts off fuel pressure drops to zero. Maybe fuel pump? Any suggestion?

turn the ignition to on.....let the fuel pump prime, then start it, see if that helps.

Your fuel pressure should stay up for some time after shut down. How's your milage? I'd look for sources of fuel pressure leaks.
