camshaft problem
Did you adjust them right when you put them in, and did you adjust them to the cam specs? Aftermarket cams need different valve adj than stock.
Do a valve adj should fix it at least most of it. With an aftermarket cam it will be louder so you can expect some tick.

You have to adjust the valve lash any time you swap in cams, especially if they have different size lobes. If you didn't, your lucky the rocker arms didn't bind when you torqued down your cam caps.

also what stage cam is it because depending on what size cams you put in even after valve adjustment you may still hear a slight ticking... mine does the same thing even after we had a valve adjustment done
