cam gear setting for LS
I was just curious because I have cam gears but no time to bring to a dyno shop to tune. What do you guys/gals have it set on & was it tuned in a dyno if not, did it feel better at the track or just plain buttDyno?
Right now my mine is set at intake +2 & -1 exhaust.
How bout yours?
TIA

Re: cam gear setting for LS (sleeperciv)
any 1/4 mile times for those LS with ihe & camgears?
setting for intake & exhaust?
i ran 15.3 (bald stock si tires, i mean baLD! = 2.3 60 foot)
with +2 intake & -1 exhaust
i'm going to run again tomorrow & im wondering if I should adjust the exhaust to -2
Im goin to run on newer stock tires on 14" steelies to get that 60 foot down to atleast a 2.1

You cannot you someone else's cam gear settings on your engine. Dyno tuning is a must if you want to get the most out of it. That's just the way it is. Set them at 0,0 until you get a chance to get to one.

Everyones engine performs differently from the factory, and even more so once you start throwing modifications into the mix.
Start tunning by the seat of your pants, or trying to copy everyone elses and you are just asking for trouble.
