Default Bump Stoppers When lowering

When lowering a 00 Gsr do you have to cut the bump stoppers. If so how much? Also will it be ok to use factory shocks and stuts? 1.9in front and 1.75in back. Also is that a good drop or should it be lower? Will it look better and be more noticable? Basically just going for looks and performance. Daily Driver.

what kind of springs did you get?
yes you can use the shock stocks, and the amount ot cut off the bumpstock pretty much depends on personal preference. Most people cut them in or around half.

i cut mine like a good inch....my drop is 1.75 all around on sk2 sportlines....love the ride not two low and not high...i can still make it over most speed bumps at a slow speed with out having to angle around it.

Factory struts work horrible with aftermarket lowering springs, very bouncy. Regular tockico's work very well

Don't know how you pulled that off, your GC's have stiffer spring rates than my Nuespeed Sports and I have blown the stockers and some GR2's, now my Koni's will be a different story for sure.
